I am Shun Davis and I currently serve on the Advisory Board for South Oak Cliff HS's Academy of Information Technology. The Information Technology Academy is the first in Dallas ISD!

We are currently recruiting new members for our advisory. Our next meeting will be held at South Oak Cliff on Oct. 22, 2013 at 11:00 am. Please feel free to contact us if anyone would like to be a part and/or may know of community partnerships that would aid and assist our Golden Bears.

I am so sorry to learn of Frances' passing. At the last reunion, she said she had some health issues, I think it was her heart. Also, I noticed in Wednesday's obits that Tony Kinslow, Class of '62, had passed away. I seem to recall that his dad had a garage or body shop on Beckley Avenue and he worked there a lot.
