Comments: Hello, I am Shun Davis and I currently serve on the Advisory Board for South Oak Cliff HS's Academy of Information Technology. The Information Technology Academy is the first in Dallas ISD! We are currently recruiting new members for our advisory. Our next meeting will be held at South Oak Cliff on Oct. 22, 2013 at 11:00 am. Comments: Excitement is in the air, can you feel it???? Your committee sure can! We met today to finalize plans. In just three weeks we will all be together making New Memories. I wanted to share.....we just hit 150 and growing. So keep that SOC SPIRIT and be prepared for the Time of Your life once again with lifelong friends.

Comments: I am so sorry to learn of Frances' passing. At the last reunion, she said she had some health issues, I think it was her heart. Also, I noticed in Wednesday's obits that Tony Kinslow, Class of '62, had passed away. I seem to recall that his dad had a garage or body shop on Beckley Avenue and he worked there a lot.
Comments: How sad to have to add Frances Tatum Young to the Memoriam page. Apparently she passed away yesterday following a fall.
Comments: Lynell - thanks for posting the latest list of people coming to the 50th. We seem to be missing a few of the guys who actively post on this site . . . . Southworth, we know you're out there somewhere . . . Gibbs, how can the head ROTC dog not attend this one? . . . Comments: Larry, I am the only one who has the list. Only one person can manage the list as it changes frequently. Very busy at work......I check this and email about 3 times a day to make sure I am not missing out. I do not get home till after 10:00 each night....will try to do but do not know when as yet. I still have several who say they are coming but not got anything yet. just start calling whoever you would like to see come!!!!! If you need phone number email me or call me and leave a message
Comments: After talking to a few classmates - would it be possible for someone on the reunion committee ( other than Peaches who is over-booked ) to publish an updated list of the people who have committed to attend this little get-together? ( in an effort to influence some of the folks that are still undecided to come join the fun
